- What are your daily habits?
- What small consistent moves can you make toward your goals?
- Do you brainstorm about small actions you can take?
- How much energy are you putting into “one big idea” that could be more effective if it’s in small chunks of action?
- What is stopping you from starting to take small, consistent actions?
- Look at the small actions that you ARE doing. Where are they leading?
- What small actions are easiest to take?
- Which ones are meditative?
- Which small actions will take the most effort?
- Is there anyone that can help you be accountable to your new small actions/habits?
- What’s a goal, a big goal, that you want to achieve, which can come no other way than through repeated small actions?
